Good socks and bring spare pairs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sunglasses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Trekking poles are recommended, which will help on the long sections, particularly the ascents and descents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Camera. The magical environment will make you fall in love with the views.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Canteen or Camelbak. You must be hydrated<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Wear clothes suitable for the season, in winter wear warm clothes as temperatures can get very low, especially in the Prades Mountains. A light jacket is recommended in spring and autumn. In summer, the heat is predominant throughout the day, but you will come across ponds and streams during the itinerary, a light swimsuit will do you just fine!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In addition, you must bring a sleeping bag or sheets, a towel and a kit with everything you need to spend a few days outside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A little first aid kit doesn&#8217;t go amiss either. Nothing should happen, but you might get some blisters!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you have one&#8230;GPS! We will upload the track of the route. A compass is also invaluable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sunscreen (factor 30 &#8211; 50).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Good company.
